•    Payment processing (where applicable)
•    Reviews and ratings
We do not guarantee pricing, timelines, or quality of work performed by Professionals.

5. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. FixitHire is not liable for payment delays, failures, or incorrect charges caused by user error.

6. Professional Responsibilities
Professionals are fully responsible for:
•    Licenses and certifications
•    Quality of work
•    Materials and tools
•    Pricing and timelines
•    Compliance with applicable laws

7. Disclaimers
Keep all conversations on Fxithire — moving them off the platform isn't allowed, and we can't protect you there.

FixitHire provides the platform “as is” and does not guarantee:
•    Availability
•    Service outcomes
•    Professional competence

8. Limitation of Liability
FixitHire is not liable for damages, disputes, loss, injury, or issues arising between Clients and Professionals.

9. Changes to Terms
FixitHire may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
